Oh, how absolutely adorable these two are!!

I’ve known Mary Kathryn since I was 10 years old! She and my middle sister, Morgan, (who brought me a beautiful baby nephew this year!), have been best friends since they were in high school! I was so young at the time, but MK has always been such a sweet soul to me and I always run to give her a hug anytime I see her (she gives the best hugs!!). She is such a joyous soul and brightens any room she walks into!

WELL – SHE’S ENGAGED!! And I am so over the moon excited for her and Michael Paul! This was the first time I’d met Michael Paul and as soon as I met him I realized how well they complement each other! MP is such a great, down-to-earth, southern guy that seriously loves Mary Kathryn to the moon and back (which you can totally tell in these pictures!!!).

Michael Paul and Mary Kathryn met when they worked together. Michael Paul couldn’t stop thinking about her… but at first, she was totally not into it. They told me his dad even told him to move on because she clearly wasn’t interested LOL. Well look how different that turned out to be 😉 He finally won her over for their first date and the rest is history! These two came to the Peaks of Otter Lodge from Blacksburg to return to the Blue Ridge Mountains where they got engaged for their engagement session 🙂 I’m so over the moon excited for you two and wish you so much happiness together!! Thanks for letting me be a part of such a special time in your life!
