This Charlotte, NC kids birthday inspiration shoot was SUCH a fun editorial to photograph! Alexa with The Olive Branch reached out about photographing this theme. I immediately said, “um, YES!” Basically, if you want to get this enneagram 7’s attention, just say “mermaids” and “pastels” and we are good to go 😉

Charlotte Kids’ Birthday Inspiration

Cara with The White Bounce House was watching a movie with her two girls one night. She realizes she had never seen a kids birthday party with a true sea-inspired theme – mermaid and all! She spoke with Alexa at The Olive Branch and “One Shell of a Party” was born. The play on words was perfect! I loved being able to watch all of these vendors come together and make this incredible party theme come to life! We had a few girls come to be our models and play on the bounce house, meet the mermaid, and eat some sweet treats! My favorite comment from one of the girls was, “WOW – this little girl is so lucky to have this as her birthday party!” It was so sweet they thought they were all there for a birthday party!
