Paige and Brendan’s wedding at The William Aiken House, in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina, was such a gorgeous fall celebration! With its picturesque gardens, iconic yellow exterior, and elegant architecture, it provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love and laughter.
Paige and I first met when I photographed her friend Hannah’s wedding in Charleston the year prior. She emailed me the week after asking if I was available and I was SO thrilled because she was such a joy at the past wedding. I had the pleasure of meeting Brendan only on the day of their wedding and by the end of the night, we were all parting as friends!
With their intimate bridal party of two beloved friends standing at their side, Paige and Brendan exchanged heartfelt and tearful vows. Following the ceremony, guests gathered outdoors for an al fresco, candlelit reception under the stars. Tables adorned with delicate florals and flickering candles created an atmosphere of romance and elegance on that Charleston night. Laughter mingled with the gentle rustle of leaves as friends and family toasted to the newlyweds. They all danced the night away with glow sticks, cowboy hats, and late night snacks!
