The very first day Leah and I met, we had tacos and margaritas in downtown Charleston together. If that wasn’t for sure a sign of friendship, her Starbucks gift card at our session for my peanut butter colored iced coffees DEFINITELY wrote her in as inner circle ๐
Leah and Brennan – two Floridians turned Charlestonians! They met while they were going to school in Tampa, Florida. Leah a nursing student, Brennan in medical school. After many attempts at trying to get Brennan’s attention in the hospital and at school, they finally ran into each other and instantly had a connection! After they went on their first date, Brennan had to leave town for 2 months for school. Thankfully, these two were able to make it work! Good thing, because they are absolutely perfect for each other! After a few seconds of flipping through this blog post, you’ll see it, too ๐
After moving to Charleston together this summer, Brennan knew he wanted to ask Leah to be his wife. When Brennan decided to propose in October, he took Leah to Boone Hall, a beautiful plantation in Charleston where The Notebook was filmed! He knew that it was one of Leah’s favorite movies. Since he had just watched it with her for the first time a few weeks prior, it would be perfect! Under the looming oak trees at the entrance of the plantation, Brennan got down on one knee and asked Leah to be his forever.
Leah and Brennan, I had SO much fun with you guys! I’m so glad we got to enjoy the nicest day in January together (and your first sunset at the Battery!!). You two have such a natural way of being together that not only photographs beautifully, but is so apparent in even the little things you do. You two are definitely each others’ Allie and Noah <3
