Classic Quail Hollow Country Club Wedding in North Carolina

Amanda and George are married! They had a beautiful and classic Quail Hollow Country Club wedding day that I had the honor and joy of photographing. Their entire day was truly amazing because these two are just some of the greatest humans on the planet!! Amanda and George are the kind of people that make you just fall in love with your job all over again, and I’m so thankful for them both. From the moment I arrived, their family and friends made me feel so welcome – I mean, I’m basically best friends with Amanda’s dad Randy now. But in all seriousness, this was definitely a couple that started off as clients and are now my friends. And I’m seriously so grateful for that.

Their Love Story

George and Amanda met through his sister (and triplet), Parker. Parker lived with Amanda’s friend who was the maid of honor at the wedding right after college and both of them were pretty dead set on the newlyweds being a perfect match from the moment everyone met. At the time that George and Amanda met, George was actually in another relationship so they were just friends… who happened to hang out quite a lot and developed a really strong friendship. Eventually, George’s relationship ended and after a ski trip with friends, they realized there was more than just a great friendship between them. Over the years, they’ve built a beautiful life together in Gastonia and loved traveling. Now, they’re excited to start their best adventure yet: marriage.

Quail Hollow Country Club Wedding

Amanda and George’s wedding was just so classic. I loved every single detail – from her elegant gown to the gold and blue decor in the Country Club. And can we talk about their reception?! It was SO much fun! The musicians kept their guests entertained and on the dance floor all night long. Honestly, their entire vendor team was stellar but the reception was just over the top and amazing! I hope you enjoy a look into this stunning day – it’s seriously one of my favorites!
